Feeding Centers

Malnutrition is a serious health problem in Nicaragua. Twelve Churches has feeding centers located in six of our partner churches for at-risk children in their communities. The pastors, cooks and volunteers are feeding the children spiritually as well as physically. Lunch is a joyous time of fellowship with singing, Bible stories, prayer, nutritious food, and laughter. Twelve Churches has partnered with Orphan Network to enhance our feeding centers by providing medical and dental care as well as rice fortified with vitamins, minerals, and protein. By working through the local church, parents of the children have the opportunity to witness the love of the local church.
